Warranty
PETKIT provides a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Selected PETKIT products include an extended 24-month warranty, covering models such as Purobot Ultra, Purobot Crystal Duo, Purobot Max Pro series, Pura Max 2, and YumShare feeders, as part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Important Warranty Exclusions
Certain components used with PETKIT devices are consumable items and are not covered under warranty, as they are designed to wear out through normal use and require periodic replacement.
Examples include:
- Deodorising liquids or gel refills
- Water fountain filters
- Waste bags or liners
- Mats or litter pads
- Brushes and cleaning tools

- Food storage components
